Stop spinning your wheels when it comes to your relationship

It can feel so confusing to know in your gut that something isn’t right about your relationship, but continue to hear all the right things from your partner that make you feel comfortable enough to ignore it…until it happens the next time.

Not to mention, you feel alone in what you’re experiencing because to share this with family or friends could mean embarrassment for you and advice for you to “just leave.”

You won’t get that here with me!

I’m not that girl. I know that breaking up doesn’t always feel like the best, first step! This isn’t the movies or social media; it’s your life! Relationships are complex and the way we approach each one throughout our lifetime may require a different approach each time.

This one may feel particularly hard for you, and that's ok. In our sessions together, you’ll notice that I can rock with whatever you bring up, allowing my intuition and what feels most pressing for you to guide the session, keeping your end goals in mind.

We’ll work great together if you:

  • plan to read my entire website because you tend to do your research when it comes to things that matter to you. You’re detailed and tend towards overachieving.

  • desire more depth oriented work where we look at childhood, patterns, and the unconscious.

  • want some coaching for week-to-week challenges with your partner

  • are a young Millennial and want to work with a therapist who understands you.

Relationships Are Hard Sometimes. Been There, Done That.

It feels like you’ve tried it all. You’ve seen the Tiktoks and Reels from self-proclaimed “relationship experts,” read the books, listened to the podcasts, but still can’t figure out how to make your relationship better.

What if you found a licensed, trained therapist who’s been there and done that and can guide you to the great relationship you are longing for?

I, too, have found myself in relationships where I was confused, anxious, and in need of support. And I know firsthand, a therapist can help.

And not just any therapist, a therapist who really gets the black girl experience too. In our sessions, you can let it all hang out. Let’s show up and heal your relationship together.
